About Blake Ward

Having lived in the Midlands my entire life and growing up in Sumter, I’m proud to serve the community that shaped me. Raised by a hardworking mother and close-knit family, I learned early on the value of loyalty, resilience, and showing up for others — qualities that guide both my life and my business.

Before real estate, I served as a licensed funeral director, walking hundreds of families through some of their most difficult days. That experience shaped me into a calm, steady advocate who leads with empathy, clear communication, and thoughtful guidance. I learned how to listen closely, manage complex situations with care, and support people through major life transitions — skills that translate seamlessly into real estate.

I’m also a graduate of the University of South Carolina, earning degrees in Global Supply Chain & Operations Management and Marketing. My background in sales — from retail and consumer goods to working with major grocery retailers — sharpened my ability to negotiate strategically, solve problems creatively, manage details efficiently, and deliver results under pressure.

Real estate is more than a transaction to me. It’s a pivotal moment in someone’s life. My clients can expect intentional service, strong advocacy, and a steady hand from start to finish.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find me on the water, in a tree stand, cheering on the Gamecocks, or — most importantly — spending time with my three-year-old daughter, who keeps life joyful and grounded.
